Privacy is foundational to intimate shopping. We’ve built every aspect of the LUXE experience — from how we take payment to what we put on the outside of a box — to protect yours. Here’s exactly what happens when you shop with us.
Your billing statement
All charges appear as “LX Tech Corp” on your bank or credit card statement. There is no mention of LUXE, intimate products, or adult content. This is consistent across all payment methods — card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Bitcoin.
Your packaging
Every order ships in a plain, unmarked brown or white box. There is no LUXE branding, no product description, no indication of contents on the outside. The return address label reads “LX Tech Corp, London” — not LUXE. We ship over 50,000 orders per month and have maintained this standard without exception since 2014.
Your email
Order confirmation and shipping notification emails come from a noreply@lxtechcorp.com address. The subject line reads “Your order has shipped” — no product names. If you’re concerned about emails, you can opt for delivery notifications only (no order confirmation emails) in your account settings.
Your data
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes. The only external parties who ever see any portion of your data are our payment processor (card details only, never stored by us) and our shipping courier (delivery address only). We are fully GDPR compliant.
