Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 1–2 business days. Refunds are processed to your original payment method:

Credit/Debit Cards: 3–5 business days
PayPal: 1–2 business days
Store Credit: Instant — plus 10% bonus

Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or stops working within the warranty period, we'll replace it free of charge — no need to return the original. Contact our support team and we'll arrange a replacement shipment within 24 hours.
