We want you to love everything you buy from SoulxDoll. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return any unused doll within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Unused dolls in original packaging

Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 1–2 business days. Refunds are processed to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3–5 business days
- PayPal: 1–2 business days
- Store Credit: Instant — plus 10% bonus
