Good care is straightforward once you have a routine. A few minutes after each use keeps your doll hygienic, soft, and looking new for years.
After each use
Clean the relevant areas with warm water and a gentle, pH-neutral antibacterial cleanser. A simple irrigator tool makes rinsing easy. Pat dry with a soft towel and use absorbent drying sticks for internal areas — trapped moisture is the main enemy of longevity.
For TPE dolls
Once fully dry, dust the skin with renewal powder to keep it soft and matte and prevent tackiness. Avoid dark or non-colourfast clothing, which can transfer dye, and keep your doll away from direct heat and sunlight.
For silicone dolls
Silicone is non-porous and easier to clean — warm water and mild cleanser are enough. It resists heat and staining, but the same rule applies: dry thoroughly before storage.
Storage
Store your doll lying flat or hanging, in a cool, dry place, and avoid leaving it in one bent position for long periods to protect the skin. A padded storage case keeps it dust-free and discreet.
